No Refund Policy

All payments made to Mailercloud are non-refundable, including payments for monthly and annual plans. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will only stop future billing cycles. The current billing period will not be refunded or prorated. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
